The High Atlas is not simply where I work. It is where I grew up, learned the trails, experienced the seasons and developed a deep connection with mountain life.
From summer trails to winter ski missions, I create mountain experiences that combine local knowledge, adventure and the authentic character of Morocco.

The mountains

a place to guide.
In Imlil, the mountains are part of everyday life — and guiding is a tradition that connects generations.
My family has spent generations connected to the High Atlas, learning its trails, seasons, landscapes and communities. That knowledge is not something I discovered later in life. It is part of where I come from.
A passion for the mountains,
passed from one generation to the next.
I grew up surrounded by people who knew these mountains intimately — their paths, weather, villages and changing seasons.
Today, I carry that knowledge into every journey with Radouane Outdoor. The goal is not simply to take people through the Atlas, but to share the mountains with respect for the land, the people and the culture that make them unique.
This is what makes guiding personal for me. The mountains are not a backdrop to the adventure. They are part of my story.

In the mountains, the Aoudad represents something deeper than strength. It represents movement, resilience and the freedom to choose its own path.

The meaning
I chose to become an Aoudad of the mountains — to spend my life among the peaks, ridges and couloirs, following my own path in freedom; not like a domestic animal tied by a rope, living according to decisions made by others.
